Mentor two junior Physics Teachers through weekly micro-teach sessions and model questioning techniques that push students to explain concepts in their own words.
Set term-wise goals tied to board result targets and track student progress using bi-monthly unit tests and mock examinations. Organize the annual Science Exhibition at Dolphins High School, ensuring Physics projects are judged by external experts and documented for the school magazine. Lead parent-teacher meetings for Physics cohorts, presenting data-driven insights and suggesting home-based interventions.
Coordinate with the Mathematics and Chemistry departments to co-plan interdisciplinary projects such as calculating projectile motion trajectories or analyzing electrical circuits in real-world contexts. Conduct Saturday doubt-clearing sessions for students scoring below 40% in mid-term tests, maintaining attendance registers and follow-up notes. Represent the school at the Jaipur Science Teachers’ Association quarterly meetings and bring back curriculum updates for the Physics team.
Eligibility Criteria
Post-graduate degree in Physics with a minimum of five years of classroom experience as a TGT Physics Teacher in Jaipur, Rajasthan. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; CTET or equivalent state-level eligibility is preferred but not essential. Candidates who have cleared UGC-NET in Physical Science or hold a Rajasthan SET in Physics will be given preference during shortlisting.
