Vinayak Foundation Academy seeks a qualified Post Graduate Teacher in English for classes 11-12. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing English literature and language lessons. What You Will Do
1. Teach English literature, grammar, and writing skills to classes 11 and 12.
2. Prepare lesson plans aligned with CBSE syllabus and school curriculum.
3. Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and term exams in English.
4. Organize debates, elocution, and literary activities for students.
5. Provide remedial support to students weak in English comprehension.
6. Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and progress reports.
7. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in English from a recognized university is mandatory. B.Ed. from a NCTE-recognized institution is required. Candidates with CTET or TET certification will be preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary for classroom communication. Previous experience in CBSE-affiliated schools is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include PF, gratuity, and health insurance. Leave policy follows government norms for school teachers. Professional development support is provided.
