You’ll need strong communication skills, patience for diverse student backgrounds, and a passion for making Biology engaging. The school values creativity in teaching methods, especially for subjects like ecology and human biology, which are often misunderstood.
At Saraswati Shikshan Sansthan, you’ll earn a monthly salary ranging from Rs.17,000 to Rs.300,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a stipend for lab supplies, professional development opportunities, and a supportive environment for career growth.
