Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced TGT English Teacher to join our team at Shree Ganesh Memorial Public School in Jalore, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students from Class VI to Class XII and contributing to the development of a vibrant English department.
What You Will Do
- Teach English to students from Class VI to Class XII
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and materials
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement English language curricula
- Conduct extracurricular activities and events, such as debates and literary competitions
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve English language teaching and learning
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in school events and activities
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments in English language teaching
- Contribute to the overall academic and extracurricular life of the school
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you should have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a strong background in English language and literature. A CTET or TET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. You should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting and be well-versed in teaching English to students from Class VI to Class XII.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.16,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including medical insurance, a pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
