About This Role
Modi World School in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan is seeking an experienced PGT Hindi Teacher to lead our Hindi department. As a seasoned educator, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from classes 6 to 12. The selected candidate will be expected to not only teach the subject but also contribute to the development of our school's curriculum and assessment policies.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver lessons to students in classes 6 to 12.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans, assessments, and evaluations for Hindi classes.
- Coach and guide students for board exams, ensuring they achieve high scores.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Hindi with other subjects.
- Develop and maintain records of student progress and assessment results.
- Participate in school events, such as literary fests and cultural programs.
- Contribute to the development of our school's Hindi language skills program.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Hindi with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, with a strong track record of academic achievement. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the CTET or TET exams.
