PRT Music Teacher Job in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
New Indian Sr. Sec. School invites applications for a full‑time PRT Music Teacher. Candidates will join our vibrant music department in Jhunjhunu, bringing energy to classrooms and extracurricular programs. This role supports our commitment to creative arts education.
Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging music lessons for grades 6 to 12, aligning with state curriculum.
2. Conduct instrumental and vocal training, fostering technical skill and musical expression.
3. Organise and lead school concerts, inter‑school competitions, and cultural events.
4. Assess student progress through performances, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects.
6. Maintain accurate attendance, lesson plans, and performance records.
7. Mentor and supervise music club activities, encouraging student participation.
8. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate degree required, with B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching roles. A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting is essential. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in music theory, instrumentation, and vocal techniques.
Salary and Location
Rs.16,000 – Rs.25,000 per month, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
