Monitor student progress daily during class and provide immediate feedback to address understanding gaps. Collaborate with students to conduct simple lab activities, field trips, or nature studies to reinforce classroom learning.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update lesson plans, unit-wise, to cover all biology topics with depth and practical applications. Assess students regularly through practical exams, projects, and written tests to evaluate comprehension and problem-solving skills. Participate in school events like science fairs, competitions, and workshops to promote scientific interest among students. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and participation in school management systems.
Periodic Responsibilities
Coordinate with senior biology teachers and subject coordinators to review teaching methods and share best practices. Organize term-end projects, presentations, or quizzes to encourage critical thinking and teamwork. Represent Ekta Public School in local science-related initiatives, workshops, or training sessions to stay updated on educational trends.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related science stream, followed by a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate for teaching in government or private schools. Minimum two years of teaching experience in biology at the secondary level is essential. Familiarity with Rajasthan’s curriculum and educational policies is a plus.
Salary and Location
