Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and empathy.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying learning abilities.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Prepare and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with special needs.
- Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
- Valid TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
