Job Overview
Teach Hindi to students at Cca School in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. This is a challenging role for a motivated Hindi Teacher who wants to make a difference in student's lives. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment and planning effective lessons.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and teach Hindi lessons to students of different age groups.
2. Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and reports as per the school's requirements.
3. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
4. Use various teaching methods to engage students and promote learning.
5. Develop and implement the curriculum for Hindi subject.
6. Conduct regular assessments and exams to evaluate student performance.
7. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
8. Collaborate with other teachers to achieve school goals.
9. Participate in teacher training and development programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related subject (M.A. in Hindi or M.A. in Sanskrit)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- TET or CTET certification (not mandatory but preferred)
- 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Hindi to students of different age groups
- Knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature, and culture
- Familiarity with the curriculum and syllabus of Hindi subject
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of different learning styles and abilities
- Familiarity with technology and digital tools
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month
