Daily Responsibilities

Collaborate with fellow teachers to discuss lesson plans and teaching strategies for better classroom dynamics.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and maintain lesson plans that reflect the latest syllabus updates and student engagement techniques. Participate in school events like cultural fairs, debates, and quizzes to promote Social Science awareness among students. Assist in organizing field trips and guest lectures on historical or geographical topics to bring learning to life. Ensure compliance with school policies on curriculum implementation and student conduct.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend school meetings and workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational trends. Review and update teaching resources like textbooks, worksheets, and digital presentations as needed. Collaborate with the principal or head of department to address student performance issues and suggest improvements in Social Science teaching strategies.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a postgraduate degree in Social Science or a related field. Minimum two years of teaching experience in Social Science at the secondary level is essential. A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Rajasthan’s historical and geographical context are assets.
Salary and Location
