About This Role
Day-to-Day Duties
As an NTT Hindi Teacher at Decent School, your day-to-day duties will include:
* Preparing and delivering engaging Hindi lessons to students
* Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
* Developing and implementing curriculum-based lesson plans
* Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help
* Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
* Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress
* Participating in school-wide events and activities that promote Hindi language and culture
* Developing and implementing co-curricular activities to enhance student engagement
* Participating in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature
* Experience in teaching Hindi to students from Class 6 to Class 12
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills
