The PRT Dance Teacher will conduct daily dance sessions, ensuring students develop rhythm, coordination, and confidence. Daily practice includes choreography, warm-ups, and cultural dance forms to align with school curricula. Classroom management will involve creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel encouraged to participate actively.

Assessment will be practical, focusing on students’ performance in dance routines, posture, and participation levels. Regular feedback sessions will help students improve their skills while reinforcing discipline and creativity. The teacher must adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups, ensuring each student’s potential is recognized.

Discovery International School values hands-on teaching and expects the PRT Dance Teacher to demonstrate enthusiasm for dance while maintaining discipline and professionalism. Experience in teaching dance to children is preferred, though a passion for the subject will be a key factor. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.12,000 - Rs.18,000 per month.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), along with a graduate degree. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to motivate students through interactive and engaging lessons.
