Classroom Profile (diverse learning levels, inclusive classroom in Kotputli Behror)

You will be teaching English to students in grades I-VIII at our school in Kotputli Behror. Our classroom is a vibrant and inclusive space where students with varying learning levels and abilities come together to learn and grow. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive environment that encourages students to participate and explore their linguistic skills.

Day-to-Day Duties (differentiated instruction, support for all learners)

- Plan and deliver English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Use differentiated instruction to engage students with varying learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their learning
- Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies to promote student participation
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and goals
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and educational research to improve teaching practices

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in English or related field (B.Ed/D.El.Ed required for teaching positions)
- TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory
- 2 years of experience in teaching English at a school level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

- Patience and empathy when working with students who may require additional support
