About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Basketball Coach to join the team at Mother World School in Nagaur, Rajasthan. As a key member of the school's administration, the Basketball Coach will play a vital role in developing and executing the school's basketball program, promoting a culture of sportsmanship and excellence among students.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Recruit and train basketball teams for inter-school and regional competitions.
- Plan and conduct basketball coaching sessions for students of all age groups.
- Develop and implement basketball training programs tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with physical education teachers to integrate basketball with other sports and physical activities.
- Organize basketball tournaments and events to promote sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe and conducive basketball environment for students to practice and play.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote basketball as a popular sport among students.
- Work closely with school administrators to ensure basketball programs align with school goals and values.

- A graduate degree in physical education or related field.
- Proven experience as a basketball coach with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide students and staff.

- Familiarity with basketball rules and regulations.
