Job Overview

Collaborate with the school leadership to integrate sustainability themes across subjects.
Mentor two to three junior teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement strategies. Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practices and align teaching methodologies within the department. Support the Vice Principal in monitoring academic performance and addressing learning gaps.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in NTT or senior secondary science streams. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET certification is preferred but not essential. Prior experience in CBSE schools and familiarity with Nagaur’s educational context is advantageous.
Candidates with NET or SET qualifications in Environmental Science will receive preference during selection. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary for effective communication with students and parents. Willingness to participate in curriculum review workshops and in-service training is expected.
