5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
7. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
* CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong understanding of Hindi language and literature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with children from diverse backgrounds.
