3. Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with the school's vision.
4. Supervise and support the school's administrative team, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, using computer software and tools.
6. Collaborate with the principal and senior management team to formulate strategic plans and initiatives.
7. Foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of excellence and cooperation.
8. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification (desirable).
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
