Who You Will Teach
You will teach Hindi to students in the primary section, covering classes 1 to 5. The classroom includes learners from diverse backgrounds, all eager to read, write, and speak Hindi confidently. Your role is to make Hindi accessible and enjoyable for every child.
What You Will Do
Create daily lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and bring Hindi stories and poems to the classroom. Use stories from local Rajasthani folklore to make learning relatable and engaging.
Conduct interactive sessions where students practice speaking, reading, and writing Hindi through group activities and role plays. Encourage shy learners to participate without pressure.
Prepare and evaluate worksheets, notebooks, and periodic assessments to track progress in Hindi language skills. Provide simple, encouraging feedback to help students improve.
Organize Hindi recitation and storytelling competitions within the school to build confidence and love for the language. Celebrate small wins to keep motivation high.
Work with parents during PTMs to share updates on their child’s Hindi learning journey. Suggest ways to support language practice at home in a practical manner.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi learning across subjects like EVS and art. This helps students see Hindi as a living language beyond textbooks.
Maintain classroom discipline with patience and consistency. Keep the learning environment clean, safe, and welcoming for all students.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in Hindi or related fields with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification are eligible to apply. Candidates with prior teaching experience in primary classes will be given preference. Familiarity with local dialects of Rajasthan is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Strong command of spoken and written Hindi with clear pronunciation and grammar knowledge. Ability to simplify complex language concepts for young learners.
Patience and creativity to handle different learning paces in a classroom of 30-40 students. Experience with storytelling, rhymes, and interactive teaching methods is helpful.
Basic computer skills for preparing notes and recording progress digitally. Good communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively.
