Lead the skating program at Mother World School and shape young athletes’ futures through structured training and discipline. Role Summary
The Skating Coach Vacancy in Nagaur is an opportunity to lead a growing sports initiative within Mother World School. You will be responsible for designing practice schedules, tracking student progress, and ensuring safety during training sessions. Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly skating sessions for students across different age groups, ensuring alignment with school sports policy. Monitor performance and provide feedback to students to help them improve their skills and techniques.
Organize inter-house and inter-school skating competitions to promote sportsmanship and teamwork among students. Work with the sports coordinator to schedule events and manage logistics.
Maintain accurate attendance records and progress reports for each student in the skating program. Submit monthly reports to the school administration highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Train and supervise assistant coaches and volunteers to maintain consistency in coaching standards. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies and address challenges in the Skating Coach Position in Nagaur, Rajasthan.
Ensure all skating equipment is well-maintained and stored safely after each session. Coordinate with the school maintenance team to repair or replace damaged gear promptly.
