Day-to-Day Duties
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to develop soft skills among students, faculty, and staff.
- Design and implement soft skills training programs aligned with the school's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate soft skills into the curriculum.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to students to improve their communication and interpersonal skills.
- Facilitate group discussions and team-building activities to foster a positive school culture.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of soft skills training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external experts and organizations to enhance our soft skills training programs.
- Participate in school events and activities to promote soft skills development among students and staff.
- Assist in the development of school policies and procedures related to soft skills training.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in soft skills training or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Leadership and management skills.
- Experience in facilitating group discussions and team-building activities.
- Ability to design and implement training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with soft skills training methodologies.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position will be Rs.12,000 - Rs.20,000 per month. The selected candidate will also be eligible for benefits as per school policy.
