About This Role

The Taekwando Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Taekwando curriculum, promoting physical fitness, and fostering discipline among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Taekwando curriculum for students, adhering to Mother World School's standards and guidelines.
- Conduct regular Taekwando training sessions for students, tailoring sessions to cater to different age groups and skill levels.
- Organize and participate in school Taekwando tournaments and competitions, promoting a competitive spirit among students.
- Collaborate with the school administration to plan and execute Taekwando-related events and activities.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive training environment for students.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement a system for tracking student attendance and progress.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student participation and achievements.
- Collaborate with other coaches and instructors to promote a culture of excellence in martial arts.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a graduate degree and at least 1 year of experience in Taekwando coaching or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with TET/CTET certification, although it is not mandatory.
