Classroom Management

Student Support
Provide one-on-one guidance and feedback to students struggling with language skills or exam preparation. Organize extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitals, or writing competitions to enhance students’ confidence in English. Act as a mentor to help students develop personal and professional communication skills.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks
Assist in preparing weekly lesson schedules and resource materials in line with school policies. Participate in curriculum review meetings to refine English teaching strategies. Represent the school at parent-teacher interactions or community events related to English education.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month, with the opportunity to grow within a supportive educational institution. A graduate degree with at least two years of teaching experience is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, prior experience in English teaching is highly valued.
