Dance Teacher Job in Sikar, Rajasthan | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Role Summary
Dance Teacher Vacancy in Sikar at Shekhawati International Academy, Losal requires a graduate with two years’ experience to lead dance activities and manage extracurricular programs. Responsibilities include choreography, rehearsal coordination, and performance planning for school events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct weekly dance sessions for students from classes I to XII.
2. Choreograph group and solo performances for annual functions and inter-school competitions.
3. Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and skill development in dance.
4. Coordinate with the sports and cultural department to schedule rehearsals and events.
5. Source costumes, props, and music tracks within budget for productions.
6. Train a junior assistant to support day-to-day dance activities.
7. Organize an annual dance showcase showcasing talents from Shekhawati International Academy, Losal.
8. Liaise with external judges and guests during competitions held on campus.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for school environment alignment. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Skills We Value
Proficiency in Bharatnatyam, Kathak, or contemporary dance styles. Experience in staging large group performances. Ability to work flexible hours during festivals and exams.
What You Get
