About This Role
Lbs Sr. Sec. School, a reputable educational institution in Sikar, is seeking a responsible and energetic Hostel Warden to manage the daily activities of the school hostel. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline and ensuring the overall well-being of the students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily hostel activities, including meals, studies, and recreational activities.
2. Maintain discipline and order among the students, ensuring a safe and conducive environment.
3. Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
4. Prepare and implement hostel rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with school policies.
5. Manage and maintain the hostel's infrastructure, including cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
6. Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
7. Ensure safety and security of students and hostel property.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and hostel activities.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a graduate degree from a recognized university. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hostel management or administration is required. B.Ed/D.El.Ed certification is not mandatory for this role, but TET/CTET certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Domain-specific skills, such as computer proficiency, are desirable. Experience in managing hostel activities, maintaining discipline, and coordinating with teachers and parents is essential.
Perks and Pay
Lbs Sr. Sec. School offers a competitive salary package of Rs.18,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience. The selected candidate will also receive additional benefits, including medical insurance and leave entitlement.
