Role Summary
As an NTT English Teacher at Shekhawati International Academy, Losal, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English language lessons to students from various levels. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Your role will also involve collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective English language programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver English language lessons to students from various levels
- Assess and evaluate students' progress in English language skills
- Develop and implement effective English language programs in collaboration with colleagues
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' growth
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Engage in ongoing professional development to improve English language teaching skills
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a graduate degree in English or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required, and a TET or CTET certification is preferred. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
