About This Role
Shekhawati International Academy, Losal seeks a Post Graduate Trained (PGT) Chemistry Teacher for Classes 11-12. Two years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the senior secondary level is essential. The role demands strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute weekly Chemistry lesson plans for grades 11 and 12.
Conduct regular practical sessions using school lab facilities.
Prepare students for CBSE board exams and competitive tests.
Assess student performance through unit tests, projects, and assignments.
Organize Chemistry-related seminars and science exhibitions.
Collaborate with fellow science teachers on interdisciplinary projects.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a stimulating learning environment.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to school academic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Post-graduation in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
Two years of full-time Chemistry teaching experience at senior secondary level.
Good to Have
D.El.Ed or equivalent for senior secondary context.
TET/CTET certification.
Experience with CBSE-affiliated school curriculum.
