Role Summary

What You Will Do
Plan daily English lessons aligned with school curriculum.
Use storytelling, phonics, and interactive activities in class.
Assess student progress through simple tests and observations.
Maintain attendance and progress records regularly.
Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings.
Collaborate with fellow teachers for cross-subject activities.
Follow school policies and classroom management norms.
Encourage students to speak and write in English confidently.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in English from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in teaching.
2 years of experience in English teaching at primary level.
Good to Have
CTET or TET certification.
Familiarity with Rajasthan school syllabus.
Skills We Value
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to simplify complex topics for young learners.
Patience and creativity in handling diverse student needs.
Basic computer skills for digital teaching aids.
What You Get
