About This Role
At Lbs Sr. Sec. School, we offer a senior level PRT Evs Teacher position with an opportunity to lead the department. The successful candidate will take charge of curriculum development, mentoring junior staff, and driving board results for the Evs department. Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement the Evs curriculum for Lbs Sr. Sec. School, aligning with the CBSE guidelines.
- Lead a team of junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent teaching practices.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of junior staff, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with teachers, parents, and students to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Participate in the school's quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of school exams, ensuring fairness and accuracy.
- Participate in school events and activities, promoting a sense of community and school spirit.
- Maintain the Evs department's resources, including textbooks, equipment, and educational materials.
- Develop and implement effective assessments to measure student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a B.Ed degree in Evs or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. A NET or SET qualification is preferred, but not essential. You must be a skilled and experienced teacher with a strong track record of delivering high-quality education.
