Vvm School invites a dedicated PRT Music Teacher to join their team in Sikar, Rajasthan. This role focuses on nurturing students’ musical talents through engaging and age-appropriate lessons, blending traditional Rajasthani folk instruments with modern teaching methods.
To qualify, the candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a graduate background in music or related fields. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial for classroom authority and student engagement.
The PRT Music Teacher will teach students from Class I to V, creating a balanced curriculum that includes singing, rhythm exercises, and simple instrumental practice. Classroom time will be structured around interactive sessions, group activities, and occasional field trips to local music schools or cultural events in Sikar.
Assessment will be practical, focusing on students’ performance in group songs, instrument play, and participation in school events like Diwali or Holi celebrations. The teacher’s role also includes mentoring students in extracurricular music clubs, ensuring they develop confidence and creativity.
