Role Summary
Bhartiya Sainik School Rajasthan is seeking an experienced Skating Coach to lead our School's Skating Programme. As a Skating Coach, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the programme, staff management, and ensuring the overall success of the programme.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement coaching plans for the School's Skating Programme.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of Skating Coaches and staff.
- Manage programme budgets, resources, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including skating associations and suppliers.
- Coordinate and supervise Skating events, tournaments, and competitions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on programme activities and performance.
- Collaborate with School administrators and staff to promote the Skating Programme.
- Represent the School at Skating events and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Sports Management or Physical Education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Skating coaching or management role.
- Proven track record of success in programme development and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
