Role Summary
The TGT Art And Craft Teacher will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Art and Craft subjects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Art and Craft education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver Art and Craft lessons to students across various age groups
* Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching methodologies
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials
* Participate in school events and activities that promote Art and Craft education
* Maintain records and reports as required
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related field
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
* TET or CTET certification (preferred but not mandatory)
* 4 years of experience in teaching Art and Craft subjects
* Strong understanding of Art and Craft education principles and practices
