About This Role
Bhartiya Sainik School Rajasthan is seeking an experienced and qualified TGT English Teacher to join its team.
What You Will Do
1. Teach English to students of 6th to 8th standard following the CBSE curriculum.
2. Prepare lesson plans and conduct classes in a well-organized manner.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback.
4. Maintain classroom discipline and create a conducive learning environment.
5. Use audio-visual aids and technology to enhance teaching.
6. Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, and exams.
7. Contribute to school events, functions, and activities.
8. Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- CTET/TET certification (preferred)
- 4 years of experience in teaching English at a school level
Good to Have:
- M.A. or M.Sc. in English Literature or Linguistics
- Experience in teaching English to students of different age groups
- Knowledge of Hindi and Sanskrit languages
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use technology in teaching
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to school events
