3. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
4. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum reforms and improvements.
6. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by the school administration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. or M.Sc.) or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is required for teaching positions.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2 years of experience in teaching English at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the school offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
