Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Music to students from Class VI to Class XII
- Prepare and implement lesson plans and curricula
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster a love for Music among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver Music programs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment results
- Participate in school events and activities related to Music
Key Responsibilities (continued)
- Develop and implement innovative Music teaching methods
- Utilize music technology and resources to enhance student learning
- Foster partnerships with local music schools and institutions
- Organize and participate in school concerts and events
- Provide guidance and support to students on Music-related projects
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with Music as a specialization
- 4 years of teaching experience in Music
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of different age groups and abilities
Good to Have
- CTET/TET certification
- Experience in teaching Music to students with special needs
- Knowledge of music technology and software
Preferred Skills
- Strong passion for Music and teaching
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience. In addition, the candidate will be entitled to various benefits, including medical insurance, leave travel allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
