Plan and conduct engaging Physical Education classes aligned with CBSE curriculum standards. Develop age-appropriate sports drills, games, and fitness routines to boost students’ physical health and teamwork. Collaborate with school management to organize inter-house sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular activities like cricket, football, or athletics.
Teach fundamental sports skills, rules, and safety protocols while fostering a positive attitude toward exercise. Maintain records of student participation, performance, and progress. Ensure compliance with school safety guidelines during outdoor activities.
Qualification
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physical Education or a related field. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in teaching Physical Education at the secondary level is highly valued.
Experience
Minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school environment. Familiarity with Rajasthan’s sports culture and local sports events is a plus. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse student abilities is essential.
