Prepare and maintain well-structured lesson plans, lab experiments, and assessment materials that align with Rajasthan’s educational framework. Actively participate in school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities related to science, including science fairs and chemistry clubs, to encourage student interest.
Collaborate with the chemistry department to review textbooks, update teaching resources, and integrate modern educational tools such as interactive whiteboards and digital simulations. Maintain a clean, organized lab space and ensure all safety protocols are followed during experiments, reflecting Witty International School’s commitment to a safe learning environment.
Requirements
Hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field with at least three years of teaching experience in a school setting. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this Chemistry Teacher position.
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge, including familiarity with recent curriculum updates and examination trends. Experience in teaching students from diverse academic backgrounds is a valuable asset. A passion for chemistry education and a commitment to nurturing scientific curiosity in students are essential.
Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 70,000, along with additional benefits tailored to support a balanced work-life experience.
