Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Hindi lessons for classes 6–8, ensuring alignment with state guidelines.
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets and assessment tools to enhance student learning.
- Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments and class participation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑subject projects when required.
- Participate in school meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and professional development sessions.
Requirements
- Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in Hindi.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory; TET/CTET not required.
- Strong command of Hindi language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learners.
- Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude toward school activities.
Salary
Rs.28,000 – Rs.55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
