How You Will Teach

What You Will Do
As a PGT Political Science Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
- Teaching Political Science to students of classes 11 and 12
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans using digital tools and blended learning approaches
- Conducting regular assessments and providing feedback to students
- Maintaining up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and assessment strategies
- Participating in school-wide professional development programs to enhance teaching skills
- Integrating technology into teaching practices, including the use of smart boards, Google Classroom, and online learning management systems
- Creating and sharing digital resources, such as online quizzes and multimedia presentations, to support student learning
- Providing individual support to students who require extra help or guidance
- Participating in school events, such as parent-teacher meetings and career guidance programs

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A postgraduate degree in Political Science (MA or MSc) with a specialization in the subject
- A valid B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Familiarity with digital tools and online learning management systems
