Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Teach English to classes 6 to 10, following the CBSE curriculum.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations.
3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress.
4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
5. Provide support to students who require extra help or guidance.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events and activities.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
8. Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching methods.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English department's curriculum and teaching approaches.

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in English or a related field (M.A., M.Sc., or M.Phil.).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- TET or CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in English as a subject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
