We are seeking an experienced Chemistry teacher to join Cs Academy in Coimbatore, where students are inspired to explore scientific principles through hands-on learning. Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver chemistry lessons that align with academic standards, ensuring students grasp fundamental and advanced topics with clarity. Develop practical experiments and demonstrations to enhance understanding, particularly in areas like organic chemistry, inorganic reactions, and physical chemistry.
Engage students in group projects and discussions, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with the science department to integrate chemistry with other subjects, such as physics or environmental science, to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Maintain a lab environment that is safe, well-equipped, and conducive to experimentation. Monitor student progress closely, providing constructive feedback to help them excel in exams and practical assessments.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a strong academic background. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to ensure effective teaching methods and classroom management skills.
Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting where chemistry is taught at an advanced level. Experience in preparing students for competitive exams or academic challenges would be highly beneficial.
Salary and Location
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within Coimbatore North and Coimbatore.
