PRT Dance Teacher Position at Cs Academy, Coimbatore
We seek a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher to join Cs Academy in Coimbatore North, where students of all ages will benefit from your expertise in choreography, rhythm, and cultural dance forms. This role involves leading structured dance classes, fostering creativity while ensuring discipline and proper technique. Your experience will guide young learners through foundational movements, group exercises, and performance-based assessments.
The classroom will be your primary workspace, where you’ll design engaging lesson plans that blend traditional and contemporary dance styles. Daily sessions will include warm-ups, structured drills, and creative improvisation to keep students motivated. Your ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups—from elementary to middle school—will be key to their progress.
Assessing students’ performance will be a regular part of your duties. You’ll evaluate their technique, rhythm, and participation through observations, small group exercises, and occasional short performances. Feedback will be given constructively to help them improve their skills and confidence.
A strong foundation in dance fundamentals is essential, along with patience and enthusiasm to inspire young learners. Your role will also include organizing occasional dance workshops or cultural events to showcase students’ talents.
