Seeking a dedicated TGT History Teacher for Coimbatore North
At Cs Academy in Coimbatore, we are looking for an experienced TGT History Teacher to engage students with engaging lessons on India’s rich past. This role involves shaping young minds through interactive sessions, fostering critical thinking about historical events and their relevance today.
Core Responsibilities
Teach History to students in Classes 11 and 12, aligning curriculum with CBSE/State Board standards. Develop lesson plans that blend theory with practical examples, such as case studies or debates on key historical periods. Use visual aids, discussions, and field trips to bring history to life, ensuring students grasp concepts like ancient civilizations, colonial rule, and modern Indian history.
Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in History or a related discipline, followed by a post-graduation in History or a relevant subject. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for TGT positions in Tamil Nadu schools. Three years of teaching experience in History or a related subject is essential, with preference given to those with experience in secondary education.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.21,000 to Rs.45,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is based in Coimbatore North, with full-time employment at Cs Academy, a well-established school in the region.
