Encouraging cultural exchange through Tamil festivals, storytelling, and extracurricular activities.
Assisting in organizing Tamil language competitions, debates, and literary events to boost student participation.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and contributing to annual academic reports.
The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in Tamil or related literature, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in Tamil-medium schools, is required. Fluency in both Tamil and English is essential, along with a passion for nurturing young minds through language learning.
