Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will plan, deliver and evaluate Accountancy lessons for classes XI and XII, ensuring alignment with the CBSE curriculum and state guidelines. Design and administer periodic tests, internal assessments and board examinations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Incorporate real‑world financial examples and local business case studies to make concepts relatable for learners in Erode. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance and classroom resources. Participate in departmental meetings, school functions and parent‑teacher interactions to support holistic development.

Assessment and Planning Duties
Prepare yearly teaching plans, unit outlines and revision schedules for the Accountancy syllabus. Create diverse assessment tools such as quizzes, project work and case‑study analyses to evaluate analytical and numerical skills. Analyse results to identify learning gaps and implement remedial strategies promptly. Coordinate with the Mathematics department for interdisciplinary projects that enhance financial literacy.
