Job Overview
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging art and craft lessons to students in grades 6-12
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the school's art and craft program
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure their artistic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art and craft into the broader curriculum
- Maintain a well-organized and safe art and craft studio environment
- Supervise students during art and craft activities
- Participate in school events and exhibitions to showcase student artwork
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in art and craft education
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Fine Arts or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree required for teaching positions
- TET or CTET certification preferred
- At least 4 years of teaching experience in Art and Craft
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.45,000 - Rs.55,000 per month
