Assessment and Feedback
Design formative and summative assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Classroom Management
Maintain a disciplined and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging active participation and respectful discourse.
Curriculum Development
Assist in updating teaching materials, incorporating local cultural references, and integrating technology where appropriate.
Professional Development
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with Hindi pedagogy and school initiatives.
Student Support
Identify learning gaps, offer remedial support, and collaborate with special educators for inclusive learning.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and location
Full‑time position at Nimai Public School. Salary range: Rs.13,000 – Rs.21,000 per month. Location: Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri, Tamilnadu.
