Your role will involve delivering structured Mathematics lessons across grades, preparing engaging lesson plans aligned with the latest syllabus. You’ll assess student performance through practical exams, quizzes, and homework to identify learning gaps. Daily classroom management, including maintaining discipline and fostering a positive learning environment, is essential. Collaborate with the Mathematics faculty to refine teaching strategies and share best practices. Organize extracurricular activities like math competitions or workshops to boost student interest. Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance and curriculum adherence. Assist in grading assignments and maintaining grade books accurately. Support administrative tasks like updating student records and coordinating with parents for feedback.
Applicants must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least five years of teaching experience in Mathematics. A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial.
