Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Head of Department to plan and execute school events, workshops, and conferences related to English education.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and engaging them in the educational process.
- Participate in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in English language teaching and learning, incorporating best practices into our curriculum and teaching methods.
- Contribute to the development of school resources, including textbooks, workbooks, and other educational materials.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new teachers, ensuring that Wonder School's standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of junior teachers to provide feedback and support their professional growth.
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced TGT English Teacher with a strong academic background. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in English literature or linguistics. A B.Ed. degree is essential, and a TET or CTET certification is preferred. The candidate should have at least 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of academic excellence and leadership skills.
