Assess students through project-based tasks that apply Mathematics to local contexts, such as measuring land or budgeting for school events. Conduct regular parent-teacher interactions to share progress and suggest home-based learning activities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects linking Mathematics with science and art. Maintain classroom discipline while encouraging student participation in interactive discussions. Support the school’s extracurricular initiatives, including Math clubs and inter-house competitions.
Qualifications and digital literacy requirements
Graduate in Mathematics or related field with B.Ed/D.El.Ed from a recognised institution. Minimum two years of teaching experience in primary Mathematics classrooms. Familiarity with basic digital tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and educational apps. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies introduced by Wisdom Park International School.
