PRT Mathematics Teacher Position at Sri R.M. Jain Matriculation School in Tiruvallur
Sri R.M. Jain Matriculation School in Tiruvallur seeks a dedicated PRT Mathematics Teacher to join its team and inspire students with engaging mathematics lessons. The role involves teaching high school students across classes, fostering problem-solving skills and a passion for the subject. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Mathematics to students in classes 6 to 12, following the Tamil Nadu curriculum.
2. Design and implement innovative lesson plans to enhance student understanding.
3. Conduct daily classes, homework assignments, and regular assessments.
4. Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with other teachers to align teaching strategies.
6. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities related to mathematics.
7. Ensure proper record-keeping of student progress and attendance.
8. Assist in preparing students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and state-level board exams.
A graduate with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required. Two years of teaching experience in Mathematics is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of mathematics concepts, creativity in teaching methods, and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
